Two seminars are scheduled.

“Turning Moral Distress into Moral Resilience” is a talk by Dr Emma Beckman (HMNS) and Donna Drynan (University of British Columbia), who were awarded the U21 Teaching Excellence Award. Emma will present an overview of a workshop exploring the concept of moral resilience. She will focus on key strategies for developing medical and allied health practitioners who can respond with awareness to times of moral distress throughout their careers.

“Researching a ‘bootcamp for the brain’: considering the value of an international coach study tour” will be presented by Dr Steven Rynne (HMNS) and Darren Holder (Cricket Australia). This presentation considers an international coaching study tour conducted by an Australian national sporting body and involving eight of the most high profile coaches in the sport.
