Full Description:: At UQ our focus and commitment is to build strong alumni connections that foster networking, innovation, collaboration and support. As a result, we are pleased to announce the establishment of the New York Alumni Network hosted by a team of eight in-country alumni ambassadors, chaired by Dr Richard Goozee, Head of Trading, Northport Commodities. The establishment of the New York Alumni Network will provide you with unique opportunities to connect and interact with fellow alumni at events and via social media platforms. You will also have interface with key industry contacts, mentors and employment opportunities from the wider business community.

Please add to your diary the details of the Inaugural New York Alumni Network Event to be held on Thursday 14 March 2013; from 6:30pm - 9:00pm. A guest speaker will provide an interesting and thought provoking address during the evening.

This event will allow you to reconnect and reminisce with other UQ graduates from the Business, Economics, Law and Tourism Schools residing in the United States.
