STAFF REGISTRATION FOR JULY 2014 IS NOW CLOSED - DEADLINE 5PM WEDNESDAY 16 JULY

Academic and Research staff (not including casual tutors) are invited to register to join the Academic Procession.

Registration for staff to attend July 2014 ceremonies is now open (8 May) to invited staff. All eligible staff will have received an email with a personalised invitation link. Please use this link to register. 

You are requested to note that, in keeping with the revised administrative processes recently conveyed by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) to Executive Deans, late registrations to attend graduation ceremonies cannot be accepted.  If you have not registered by the deadline (5 PM Wednesday 16 July 2014) you will not be able to participate in the Academic Procession.

 

 

 

 

Due to the limited capacity of the venues, and in order to provide maximum guest tickets to graduands, academic staff are encouraged to participate in the Academic Procession. Those wishing to invite industry partners or sponsors may apply for up to 2 VIP tickets.  This can be done on the staff registration form.
