Brief: In this webinar, Adem will discuss growing research and public awareness around the impact of psychosocial aspects of the workplace on a worker’s health and well-being.
The harm created by psychosocial hazards varies, and the effects may not always be obvious. Several factors have contributed to work-related psychosocial risks becoming a major concern.
One of these is the significant changes in the workplaces that we have seen, particularly in the past two decades. To give practical guidelines on how to prevent injury and make workplaces safe, healthy, and productive, the 'Managing the Risks of Psychosocial Hazards at Work' Code of Practice 2022 has been introduced.
