- Workplace Diversity and Inclusion would like to invite all UQ staff and students to a guest presentation by Julie McKay to celebrate International Women’s Day on the 15th March 2017, 10:30am-11:30am. Julie McKay is UQ Alumni and was the Executive Director of UN Women Australia for nearly 10 years working to advance gender equality and women’s empowerment globally. Professor Robyn Ward, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research) and Chair of the UQ Self-Assessment Team for SAGE Pilot of Athena SWAN will introduce Julie on the day. Event details found on the website.
