Today is UNESCO World Radio Day, the day to celebrate radio broadcast, improve international cooperation among radio broadcasters and encourage decision-makers to create and provide access to information through radio, including community radios.
UQ's School of Journalism and Communication has marked World Radio Day this year by producing a 30 minute podcast on the topic: "Is radio still relevant?"
