Full Description:
Panel discussion with the co-editors of the book 'Investigating Arthur Upfield:a centenary collection of critical essays', Kees de Hoog and Carol Hetherington. Chaired by Professor Peter Spearritt.

Arthur Upfield was the first Australian professional writer of detective novels. He created Detective Inspector Napoleon Bonaparte (Bony) who features in twenty-nine novels written from the 1920s to the late 1960s, mostly set in the Australian Outback.

The event will begin with morning tea at 10:00am, to be followed by the panel discussion beginning at 10:30am. All welcome. Gold coin donation.
