- Join us for Week 1 of our ten weeks of Chinese cooking classes. Stir-friend and the hot pot stew are two of the most common style of Chinese cooking. This week Chinese chef and restaurant owner, Danny Liu from the Manor Chinese Restaurant (a top five Chinese restaurant establishment in Brisbane) will use Australian crocodile meat and Australian eel to show just how exotic Chinese cuisine can be, while sharing with participants the art of Cantonese stir-fried and hot pot cooking.
