Event Description

Full Description:
National and international activity guidelines now recommend adults both sit less and move more. This collaborative presentation will showcase our multidisciplinary program of research that has both informed these guidelines and addresses how to support adults achieve these recommendations. Topics will include our measurement and analytic portfolio and our intervention and implementation research in clinical and working populations.

The presentation will also discuss our experiences in translating our research into policy and practice, including through product development and paths to commercialisation with the BeUpstanding program of research.

This showcase is intended to identify opportunities for new collaborations.

All welcome, no RSVP required.

Presenters: Prof Genevieve Healy, Professor Physical Activity and Health, and MRFF Emerging Leadership Fellow, Dr Bronwyn Clark,NHMRC ECF Research Fellow, Dr Elisabeth Winkler, Data Analyst, and Ms Jodie Jetann, HDR Candidate
