- On behalf of the UQ Energy Initiative we are delighted to introduce Dr Hannah Daly from the International Energy Agency, who will present at our next Energy Express Seminar via Zoom. Also presenting (in person) will be Dr Tony Heynen and Mr Yuwan Malakar, both from the UQ Energy & Poverty Research Group. Hannah will present on 'Delivering universal energy access for 2030 - the IEA's energy for all case'; Tony on 'The Grid is Coming: Opportunities and threats for private sector off-grid electricity distribution in Maharashtra and Odisha, India'; and Yuwan on 'Cooking clean or watching television? Studying household decision-making context and cooking fuel transition in rural India'. Refreshments will follow.
