- UQ SRS Food Trivia Night
In celebration of World Food Day, the SAFS Researchers Society (SRS) is hosting a trivia night for students and postdocs in the Agriculture and Food Sciences community.
This event will aid to facilitate connections between the three levels of education (undergraduate honours, postgraduate and early career researcher) and provide a relaxed and enjoyable environment for students to meet new peers and enhance their networking and communication skills. It will also be a benefit to international and domestic postgraduate student collaboration as well as promoting food science and research to the wider UQ community.
The society will also be holding its Annual General Meeting earlier in the evening and newly elected committee members will be introduced at the trivia activity afterwards.
