Time management is at the core of success at university. It might be helpful to consider three areas when managing time.

Self management

As you think about self management, be sure that you bring balance to your life. In addition to study, make time for exercise, part time or volunteer work, and other recreational activities.

Task management

In terms of task management, it is useful to plan parts of tasks to be completed on separate occasions rather than planning to complete the entire task at one time. 

Budgeting your time

When you budget your timeremember that this should reflect your priorities. In other words, the areas of your life that take most of your time should be the areas that you value most highly.
