Brief: How work health and safety professionals have approached disability inclusion on campus is impacted by regulatory and demographic changes.

Work health and safety regulatory reforms have shifted what is expected from OHS professionals to protect persons with a disability on campus.

At the same time, there are now more persons with disabilities on campus than ever before, and this number is likely to increase through the Universities Accord process.

Closer engagement between interventions targeting disability inclusion and those targeting OHS can result in mutually beneficial outcomes.
