- Full Description:
- An exercise professional will take you on a run / walk and demonstrate a circuit that you can complete in your lunch break or after hours. You will also learn the importance of warm up and cool down stretches, and different strengthening exercises to help promote health and fitness.
When & Where:
Tuesday May 23 - Long Pocket - meet at Merlos (Tuckeroo Building)
Thursday May 25 - Herston - meet at front of Mayne Medical Building
Thursday June 1 - Gatton - meet out front of N.W Briton Administration Building (8101)
Thursday June 8 - St Lucia - meet at Emmanuel College front gates, Sir William MacGregor Drive
Thursday June 15 - St Lucia - meet at UQ Netball Courts (opposite UQ Canoe Club)
Note: All necessary equipment is provided. Please advise the facilitator at the beginning of the session should you have any injuries or questions. You will be required to wear clothing that allows for stretching and activity, corporate clothing is not suitable.
