- About this session
The demand for remote and digital technologies has skyrocketed since COVID-19, and increased safety measures have been put in place to provide a safe environment for our students. The use of AR/VR provides an opportunity for students to apply their knowledge to practice, while increasing their interest and engagement with the content. It also allows for a more realistic experience in a controlled environment, and the ability to provide guided assistance as needed.
This session looks at the AR/VR apps, as well as experimental apps, currently in use within healthcare education at UQ.
