Event Description

Full Description:
Food is a part of our everyday life. There is a growing interest in nutrition and an increased consciousness surrounding food choices. This heightened awareness of nutrition's role in health has also brought along an influx of nutrition misinformation and fad diets.

With all of this flooding our everyday life, all we seem to be doing is becoming increasingly confused whilst simultaneously becoming less and less healthy.

This August, join us to remove some of the noise around healthy eating, unpack the Australian Healthy Eating Guidelines, and look for ways to optimise your nutrition through daily routines. This session will cover:
• Food and its impact on health
• Unpacking the Australian Healthy Eating Guidelines
• Making the guidelines fit for you
• Strategies to eat higher quality food
• Healthy eating blue zones (longevity)
