- This seminar focuses on ways to promote a culture of social connectedness in the workplace, as well as identifying those who may be isolated and are in need of support, preventing common workplace challenges such as bullying and depression.
Participants will acquire the skills necessary for improving their own connections in the workplace, including how to support and mentor others. It explains what being a supportive team member actually means, and provides tips for promoting positive relationships between colleagues.
