The purpose of this seminar is when it comes to safety, do you sometimes find yourself asking:
• Why, given they knew better, would they do it anyway?
• Whatever happened to personal responsibility?
• Are people just not accountable for their own actions?
• Why do smart people make stupid decisions?
Sometimes, the more you try to convince people that you’re right and they’re wrong, the more they push back.
Simply put, there is a complex system of social and psychological choice driving our behaviour.
In this interactive seminar, you will learn about the social psychology of decision making, and take away useful ways to navigate behaviour change and improve your local safety culture.
