- Learn a series of stretches which aim to release physical and mental tension. Stretch and Relaxation classes includes an easy warm-up, whole body stretching exercises, balance and relaxation. These classes are a great way to improve balance and muscle range of movement. You will also learn how to relax your body and reduce stress.
The 60-minute session caters to all experience levels, to help provide a good workout, regardless of your current activity levels.
You are able to attend this series virtually or join us in the senate room (BWC, Building 61, Level 5). The booking link enables you to book two sessions- one for the 15th March and scroll down in the booking window to book for the 29th March.
