- In this presentation by Dr Christothea Herodotou (Open University, UK), participants will be introduced to predictive learning analytics and the system to predict students at risk of failing their studies. You will find out about how the system works, how teachers are using it and what research studies have shown about its effectiveness to support better learning outcomes. The unique benefits of predictive learning analytics for teaching from a distance will be discussed and some popular myths will be debunked.
