- UQ Wellness 7-day Be Active challenge!
We hope you are all feeling Well after the UQ Wellness 14 day challenge! Now it is time to focus on one health and wellbeing area you want to improve.
This challenge is all about being active and stretching (haha) ourselves physically! If you have been working from home more, or not as active as you would like to be at the moment, then this challenge is for you!
Make sure you are feeling well and able to participate in exercise activities. If any of the challenge activities are unfamiliar or not suitable for you, you can substitute to a more appropriate activity for you health and fitness capacity.
All the details are on the UQ Wellness BE ACTIVE padlet page. We'd love you to update us on how you are going for each activity. The link to the page is sent once you register, ('view online content') as well as in your confirmation email.
