Event Description
- Full Description:
- COVID-19 brings with it many challenges. We may be experiencing some challenges in adjusting to new way of working, living, co-existing, just to name a few. As many of us are working from home, the boundaries between work and home are no longer physical, which can blur the 'mental boundaries' as well.
Join UQ Wellness in this informative session to help navigate the work/life balance and COVID-19.
Presented by the clever and knowledgeable Dr Stacey Parker, from the UQ School of Psychology, you are sure to come out of the session with some fresh ideas.
Dr Parker is an organisational psychologist and Senior Lecturer at UQ's School of Psychology, whose research areas of passion include how employees manage their energy during the work day; how employees recover from work stress in off-the-job time; how jobs and careers can be designed to maximise well-being, motivation, and performance, just to name a few.
Once you register, your confirmation email will include the digital link to the zoom seminar.
