- The COVID-19 world is certainly a tricky time. As the disruptions to our daily lives become more pronounced, so too might our levels of stress and anxiety.
Clinical Psychologist, Gillian McGregor from UQ's School of Psychology will take us through some tips to help us navigate the uncertain and disruption COVID-19 is bringing.
