Presenter: Brad Speer - Swagelok Certified Trainer
Brad Speer (Swagelok) will present an overview of safety management of lab gas supply systems.
The presentation will include an overview of common issues identified in learning and research laboratories. It will also cover specific gas systems issues including the gas supply lines and other system components (valves, filters and pressure relief).
Further topics include the importance of correct system design and fabrication and potential consequences of incorrect designs. Understanding the requirements for safe management of laboratory gas systems is important and Swagelok are experts in this technical area.
