Event Description
- Full Description:
- Am I bad, mad and or just sad?
The ten critical things every professional should know preventing burnout, but don’t.
Presenter: Dr Dunay Schmulian
In this talk, Dunay, will dispel the myths, and clarify the realities of burnout by challenging the terms and timing of this and its related phenomena, how many solutions are right under our noses (or rather above our noses in our brains) and how to recognize and remedy what we can immediately. Participants will be introduced to the Burnout Toolkit, and be invited to commit to the Accountability Pledge (optional but highly recommended).
If you have become tired of ‘winging it’, or ‘getting it over with’, or following a “How to” script (that doesn’t work), this session may be for you! For others, it also may offer an opportunity to celebrate what they have been able to achieve to future-proof themselves against burnout. This session will challenge your thinking and behaviour while offering practical examples. We hope you will leave the session introspective, invigorated, and inspired.
