- Join a diverse group of governance practitioners and researchers to discuss the challenges of regulating corporate ethics. Hear about developments in other jurisdictions and engage in discussion about key proposals on corporate regulation under consideration at a federal level in Australia.
The seminar format will include a panel of Australian experts from law and business to reflect on the present and future of Australian corporate criminal law, and an international guest speaker, Professor Tina Søreide, Norwegian School of Economics.
