- Decisions about where you publish and the modes of communication you choose to disseminate your research are important for your career as a research academic and impact the research performance of the University. Scholarly communication is changing, with the increasing prevalence of a metrics-based approach to research evaluation, funder Open Access mandates, and the emergence of outlets like The Conversation. This event will provide a variety of perspectives from a number of high profile UQ leaders, with a keynote presentation and panel discussion to inspire, inform, and challenge you.
