- The UQ Protein Expression Facility (PEF) invites all UQ honours students, RHD students and research staff to an interactive molecular cloning workshop designed to fast track your cloning project. Protein experts from PEF will present simple and effective strategies to help you:
- Understand the different molecular cloning strategies and how to design primers
- Learn how to overcome the common challenges faced in molecular cloning
- Gain insight into Sanger sequencing and tips to analyse your sequencing results**
** Special guest presentation from the Australian Genome Research Facility (AGRF)
Bookings are essential, places are limited. Registration is via the website only. Afternoon tea will be provided for all registered participants. Registrations close 6th of March or when full.
