- Inaugural Graduate Centre in Governance and International Affairs Roundtable “Policy Making in Response to Crises”
At this exciting event we will ask, what are the principal crises that we face and what challenge do they pose to policy making? Do we need to radically rethink our approaches to policy making in times of crisis?
Our expert panel – UQ Chancellor Peter Varghese AO, Prof Kath Gelber, Dr Alastair Stark, A/Prof Sarah Percy - will explore these issues from a range of perspectives that span diplomacy, security, the environment and disaster response, and human rights. Panel will be moderated by the ABC’s Tom Switzer.
