Full Description:: The IMB Research Advancement Award will be offered on a competitive basis to new domestic students who are successful in obtaining an APA or an equivalent external scholarship and are willing to undertake a PhD at IMB. Continued receipt of the award would be subject to eligibility and performance.

Applications are sought from talented domestic students who demonstrate:
> Excellence in academic achievement
> A passion for scientific research
> Independence and leadership potential
> Ability to communicate a love of science

Student must be willing to commence a PhD program at IMB and continue being enrolled at IMB to maintain eligibility.

The value of the Award is AUD$10,000 per year for three years paid annually. No extension is possible. The total value of the award is AUD$30,000.
