- This paper aims to provide a systematic overview of the types of serial verb constructions that occur in the Daly River region of Australia (and beyond). Dorothea explores how the nexus between the coverb and the IV, a language’s ability to form semi-independent predicates without IVs, and the number of IVs in a language are related to the type of serialization a language allows.
