- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a developmental disability that affects people throughout their lives. At present, we do not understand the cause of this disorder, but this workshop will highlight research advances being made. The speakers will present their data on genetics and magnetic resonance imaging to understand the cause of ASD as well as how this diagnostic testing and subtyping of individuals with ASD. The talks will be directed toward health workers and physicians working with ASD individuals as well as families.
