- The CASS-UQ Asia-Pacific Forum will bring together international leaders in government, business, education, and science to discuss themes of significance to the broader Asia-Pacific region.
The Honourable Bob Hawke AC, former Prime Minister of Australia, will deliver the keynote address at the Forum, which aims to facilitate a deeper understanding between Australia and China on bilateral as well as regional and international affairs, and enhance and strengthen collaboration and relations between the two countries.
Forum topics include Economic growth in the Asia Pacific, Innovation in energy and environment, and Building a culture of cooperation.
The Forum will coincide with the G20 Summit in Brisbane.
