Please note that manual registrations must be accompanied with credit card information or payment via bank draft in Australian Dollars.

Completed forms should be returned via mail or fax as indicated on the form.

Payment can be made by:
- Credit cards - Visa and MasterCard are accepted
- Personal or company cheque - Personal or company cheque (Australian delegates only)
- Bank draft - in Australian dollars drawn on an Australian bank
Refund Policy
- A 90% refund of registration will be provided on or before January 7th, 2011.
- A 50% refund of registration will be provided on or before January 21st, 2011.
- No refund will be given on cancellations after January 21st, 2011.
- Registrations are transferable if a delegate is unable to attend the symposium
