TO LESSEN THE TRANSITION
TO CHRONICITY

Presented by

Spinal Pain, Injury and Health

in conjunction with

The Centre of National Research on Disability
and Rehabilitation Medicine

FLOOD INFORMATION:
Despite the recent flooding on the University of Queensland Campus, the Whiplash Symposium will proceed as planned. It is anticipated that a full clean up of University facilities will be completed by this Thursday January 20th.

This is a unique opportunity to hear from 20 international leaders in whiplash on lessening the transition of whiplash injury to a chronic condition.

Presented from a bio-psycho-social context, the multi-disciplinary panel will bring together the integration of ideas in the three areas of:

  • Mechanisms of injury;
  • Pain (psychological and physiological); and
  • Management of patients with whiplash

Not only will you have the opportunity to hear from the panel of experts but also to participate in the discussions surrounding this complex condition.
